Once your order has been handed over to the courier company, the responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier service provider. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damages or delays that may occur during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

• Take clear photos of the packaging and products immediately.
• Report the issue to the courier company directly.
• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
